Tear Troughs
About This Treatment
Due to weakening of the orbital in the lower eye area, hollows can form known as tear troughs. This hollowing can also emphasise existing dark circles.
Following a comprehensive consultation and assessment tear troughs can be treated using dermal filler.
The Dermal Filler is placed just under the skin. The filler can plump up the skin reducing the appearance of the hollows.
Results Achieved
Treatment results are visible instantly, however optimum results can take a number of weeks.
Treatment expectations will be discussed in depth during your consultation. Treatment outcomes can include a reduction in hollow around the eyes and in some cases dark circles, refreshing the under eye area to give a more youthful appearance. Results can last up to 12 months, however treatment may need to be repeated before then.
